Here at The Vella Group we offer an award-winning Multi-Skilled Apprentice programme - learning all aspects of repair including MET, Panel, and Paint.
Embarking on a two to three year programme, you will be supported through the different departments of the shopfloor, working with our two in-house technical trainers and mentors.
We have been running apprenticeship programmes for decades, and our current workforce is now made up on many people who began their careers as an apprentice.
Our Executive Chairman and Founder, Karl Vella MBE, began his career as an Apprentice Panel Beater and has since dedicated a lot of his time to building future talent through apprenticeships. Karl was awarded an MBE in 2007 for his dedication and commitment to training and apprenticeships.
The Group also won the Best Apprentice Programme award at the ABP Excellence Awards 2021.
